This version could pass because it exempts those voting on it! It is a constitutional amendment sets term limits for Congress, it applies to the house, senate, and the courts. This version of term limits will not apply to any person holding the office of representative, senator, associate justice of Supreme Court, or Chief Justice, when this article is proposed by Congress most of whom are senior citizens, but it will apply to future office holders. Plus, it prevents court packing the Supreme Court.
